What happens if I’m over 15mins late?
Kindly email me at Cassidy@cgracehairstudio.com or call me at (978)875-2585 should you be arriving late. There is a 15 minute grace period from the start of your appointment time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late please keep in mind that I may need to alter the service from the original service scheduled or I will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a no show fee.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule last minute?
To better serve you, please provide me with 24 hour notice should your appointment need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your service time are subject to a 50% service fee. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged for their full service. A credit card is required to reserve a service appointment.
Products
I understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. I will gladly exchange unopened/unused product within 14 days of purchase. Product cannot be visibly used or damaged.
What if I’m not satisfied with my service?
In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, I ask you to please contact me within 7 days of your service by giving me a call at (978)875-2585 or email me at Cassidy@cgracehairstudio.com. Often issues that seem impossible to make better don’t take long to fix. I will always take care of you!
Payments and Privacy
C Grace Hair Studio does not disclose client information to third-parties. Credit cards on file are protected and are not accessible to us. Our payment is done through a secure POS paywall. We require a credit card on file to hold every appointment. All sales are final.
